– Imperial Tapes
Our custom inch Belt Diameter Tapes feature a 2″ wide vernier section and a 1″ wide gauge member. Additional vernier widths of 2½” and 5″ are also available. These tapes are offered in Blue Easy-to-Read, and the standard material thickness is 0.010″.
– Metric Tapes
Our custom metric Belt Diameter Tapes feature a 50.8 mm wide vernier section and a 25.4 mm wide gauge member. Additional vernier widths of 63.5 mm and 127 mm are also available. These tapes are offered in Blue Easy-to-Read, with a standard material thickness of 0.25 mm.
All Pi Tape® Belt Tapes are manufactured under strict quality-controlled conditions to ensure consistent accuracy. They are designed to deliver direct, repeatable readings without the need for conversion or calculation.
Accuracy: ±0.003″ up to 48″ (±0.09 mm up to 1200 mm)
Calibration: Most Pi Tape® brand precision Belt Tapes are furnished with a Calibration Report. Measurement results are traceable through NIST to the International System of Units (SI), providing documented confidence in accuracy.
Note: A Calibration Report may not be available for extra-wide Belt Tapes.
