Instructions for use:

To use tensioner, attach hook to the knob of Pi Tape® measurement tape.
Position tape around object to be measured.
Use tensioner as an extension of the knob; applying force by pulling the multi-purpose handle.
Check scale of tensioner until 5 pounds tension is achieved.
Tension Scale tolerance: ± .25 of a pound
